Eric and Kara's big day was so full of God and God's Love. It was such a beautiful ceremony. They had their wedding at the stunning Cedar Hall. Kara was full of smiles all day, and Eric was absolutely overwhelmed by the beauty of his bride. I was so blessed to be a part of this beautiful day. I hope you enjoy this sneak peak of your big day!

My team and I had so much fun shooting this wedding this past weekend. The forecast for the day looked bad all week, but when we woke up Saturday morning... After a little rain passed, the day turned out magically beautiful. Check out some of my favorite images from the day below.
Side note: Every wedding should be complete with a Star Wars cookie table and a horse carriage for the bride to ride in on. Simply perfection.

I was flooded with an idea - If she couldn't move her wedding, we could at least have a small ceremony where her daddy could walk her down the aisle followed by a small reception, and I would volunteer my photography services for it. So I reached out to a florist, hair/makeup artist, and a venue. When both agreed, I reached out to Nicole with PicStripPhotoBooth. She volunteered her photobooth, and said she could get us a DJ. So with that, I reached out to a baker, and an event planner, both agreed without hesitation. Before I knew it, within 3 hours time, I had a wedding full of vendors all volunteering their services. (A full list of all amazing vendors involved is at the end of this blog post).
So next, I needed to reach out to Lauren. I told her I had a team of vendors that were willing to ensure her daddy walked her down the aisle on March 13. It was just up to her if she was willing to accept. After an emotional conversation and many tears, Lauren and Bryant accepted the offer. She already had a dress, but her veil wouldn't be here in time. So I reached out to Molly Farrell with Maggie Louise, and she didn't even hesitate to donate a veil to our sweet bride.
The week leading up to the wedding, the forecast for the day called for storms all day. When we woke up Saturday morning, the sun was streaming through our windows. The rain held out all day. At one point, we looked at the radar and a circle of storm clouds was above us. But right in the middle was a hole... And in the hole was Annesdale Mansion. Then literally, the second we finished the reception exit, the sky opened up and it poured the rest of the night. We all knew God had His hand on us

Everything about Anna and Stephen's day was beautiful. I love when groom's get emotional when they first see their bride. Stephen lost it (in an absolutely perfect way) when he saw Anna coming down the aisle. These two have the sweetest kind of love. It's understanding, patient, and so endearing. Every detail of their day had me totally swept off my feet. I hope you enjoy their images as much as I enjoyed being a part of their special day.
Side note: Maggie Louise Bridal Gowns and Mathis Makeup are two of my favorite vendors to work with. They take brides to the next level of stunning. So lucky to have worked with these gals again. Check out Anna's amazing cake from Cakes by Mom and Me! ... And her flowers from Lynn Doyle tied everything together. Every. Detail. Was. Perfection. <3

Just wait for this amazing wedding. Carey is absolute perfection, and her groom, Justin, couldn't take his eyes off her all day. They are so in love, it makes my heart melt. Their wedding was at Maples Memorial Methodist Church in Olive Branch, MS, and their reception followed at the Olive Branch Country Club. Every single second was a blast.
I hope you enjoy!

So in case you weren't aware, Nuha with 17Berkshire is quickly becoming one of my favorite people in the world. What I love about her treats is the fact that you get designer treats that taste homemade. I didn't even like macarons (which is the correct spelling for the dainty little treats she makes - I looked it up) until I had one of her macarons. I had the amazing opportunity to work with her again this past weekend for a 17Berkshire-Inspired Styled Bridal Shower Brunch (yes, I know that's a mouthful). Nuha made Strawberry Cheesecake Chocolate Pyramids, a Caramel Drip Cake, Meringue Kisses, Croquembouche (the cream puff tower), Eclairs, and Raspberry Macarons. My favorite part was eating it all after though. :D Check it out below! Also... Please take note that I have a new number one rule for my life - Gold leaf must be sprinkled on everything.. Always. Please and thank you.

FINALLY - I can share this amazing wedding at the Memphis Country Club.
When I showed up to Michael and Laura's rehearsal dinner (I've posted a few of the images below the video), I KNEW the wedding was bound to be spectacular.
Their wedding was almost as amazing as they are. After a night of tears, laughs, and wine at Itta Bena... (Where I learned a lot of interesting facts about the bride and the groom thanks to the groomsmen speeches), I showed up to the Memphis Country Club and was instantly overwhelmed by the explosions of flowers, the champagne ice sculpture, the stunning ballroom. The vendors involved really knew what they were doing.
Mr. and Mrs. Black have an amazing group of people that surround them. They made the day so incredibly fun, and I couldn't have been more honored to have been on the frontline capturing this special time in their life.

I met Andrew and Yumi earlier this year. Their story is so sweet. She is from Japan, and he is a world traveler. They met at Union University in Jackson, TN. I attend the Germantown campus for my masters program. So we had an instant connection. As a photographer, a couple like these two are a dream. She is such a gorgeous girl... One of the most gorgeous girls I've ever photographed. I'm so inspired by Asian culture, so a Japanese bride had me absolutely beside myself. Then you add Andrew... or should I say... Chris Pine. These two are bound to have beautiful babies. Andrew's dad officiated the ceremony. It was such an emotional ceremony. Andrew's face when he saw his bride walking down the aisle to him was priceless. Then, at the reception, Yumi (who is an incredible pianist) did a piano duet with her mom and then did a duet with Andrew. Andrew played the guitar in their duet. The song they played was Taylor Swift's Love Story, hence my song choice for their video below.
